Compassionate care
Wellbeing Support
Compassionate support through life’s challenging and changing moments.
Wellbeing support
Support when life feels difficult or uncertain
Life can bring times when we need a little more care, understanding and time for ourselves.
With my nursing background and extensive experience in palliative care, I understand the importance of supporting the person, not simply the condition.
At Beauty Within, I offer gentle, appropriate holistic therapies and massage for people living with long-term or life-limiting conditions, as well as their loved ones and carers.
I also offer wellbeing support through significant life changes, including menopause, perimenopause, grief and bereavement.
My role isn’t to diagnose, treat or cure. I’m here to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can pause, relax and feel cared for.
Why Wellbeing Support Matters
Designed Around You
- Long-Term & Life-Limiting Conditions Supporting people living with cancer, Parkinson’s, MND, MS, dementia, chronic pain and other complex, long-term or life-limiting conditions through appropriate complementary therapies and massage.
- Supporting Loved Ones & Carers Illness affects more than the person living with it. I also recognise the needs of partners, family members and carers, providing a peaceful space for them to take time for themselves and focus on their own wellbeing.
- Menopause & Perimenopause A supportive space for women navigating the physical and emotional changes that can come with perimenopause and menopause, with treatments focused on relaxation, comfort and overall wellbeing.
- Nurse-Led Experience & Understanding With my nursing background and extensive experience in palliative care, I bring knowledge, compassion and understanding to every person I support. I am not here to diagnose, give medical advice or treat illness. I am here to provide appropriate complementary wellbeing support during challenging periods of life.
