The agreement that governs your use of our website and services.
1. About these Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and
Beauty Within (“we”, “us”, “our”)
governing:
your access to and use of our website at https://beautywithinkingswood.co.uk (the “Site”); and
your booking and receipt of salon treatments, wellbeing support services, products and related offerings (together, the “Services”).
By accessing the Site, submitting an enquiry, or making a booking, you confirm that you have read,
understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or book Services.
These Terms should be read together with our
Salon policies,
Privacy Policy,
GDPR notice and
Cookie Policy.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Salon policies on deposits or cancellations,
the Salon policies apply to that booking matter.
2. Definitions
“you” / “your” means the individual using the Site or booking Services.
“Client” means a person who books or receives a salon treatment or wellbeing support.
“Booking” means a confirmed appointment or agreed wellbeing support session.
“Content” means text, imagery, branding, logos, layout and other materials on the Site.

4. Eligibility and accuracy of information
You confirm that:
you are at least 18 years of age, or you are booking with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where appropriate;
all information you provide (including contact, medical and lifestyle information) is true, accurate and complete; and
you will promptly update us if that information changes in a way that could affect treatment safety or suitability.
We may refuse, pause or cancel a Booking where information is incomplete, inaccurate, or where a
treatment is not clinically or professionally appropriate.
5. Website access and acceptable use
5.1 Access
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Site for personal
or legitimate enquiry purposes. We may suspend, withdraw or change the Site without notice
where reasonably necessary (for example maintenance, security or legal reasons).
5.2 Acceptable use
You must not:
use the Site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or offensive;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems, or related networks;
interfere with the Site’s operation, security or integrity (including introducing malware or overloading forms);
scrape, harvest or systematically extract Content or personal data without our prior written consent;
misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting forms or bookings; or
use the Site to send unsolicited marketing or spam.
5.3 Availability and accuracy
We take reasonable care to keep the Site accurate and available. Treatment descriptions, prices and
availability may change and are not an offer capable of acceptance until a Booking is confirmed by us
(or via our authorised booking system). We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free
or free from viruses; you should use appropriate protective software.
6. Services, consultations and suitability
Beauty Within provides nurse-led beauty, wellness and aesthetic treatments, and compassionate wellbeing
support. Services are delivered with professional care and skill consistent with applicable
standards for the treatment type.
A consultation and/or patch test may be required before certain treatments.
We may adapt, decline or postpone a treatment where, in our professional judgement, it is not suitable or safe.
Outcomes vary between individuals. No specific result is guaranteed.
Our Services are not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by your GP or other medical specialist where that is needed.
Further treatment disclaimers are set out in our Salon policies.
7. Bookings, deposits, payment and cancellation
7.1 Making a Booking
Salon appointments may be requested online, by telephone, or as otherwise offered. A Booking is confirmed
when we (or our booking platform) issue confirmation. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT
only where VAT applies and is stated.
7.2 Deposits and balance
Deposit amounts, payment timing, cancellations, late arrival and no-show rules are set out in our
Salon policies and form part of these Terms for salon Bookings. The remaining
balance is due as stated at booking or on attendance.
7.3 Payment
You authorise us to collect deposits and balances using the payment methods we accept. If a payment fails,
we may suspend or cancel the Booking until payment is received.
8. Wellbeing support
Wellbeing support enquiries are invitations to treat. Any agreed wellbeing support arrangement is subject to a separate
written confirmation of scope, fees, suitability, location (where applicable), insurance and cancellation terms agreed with you.
Until then, website content about wellbeing support is informational only.
Wellbeing support is complementary and does not replace diagnosis, medical advice or treatment by your GP or other
healthcare professional. We may decline or adapt support where, in our professional judgement, it is not suitable or safe.
9. Products and home care
Product ranges shown on the Site (including CLINICCARE) are illustrative. Orders are typically placed
following consultation. Final price, availability, delivery and returns terms will be confirmed at the
point of purchase. Always follow usage and patch-test guidance provided with products or by us.
10. Gift vouchers and subscription plans
Gift vouchers and subscription or membership-style plans (where offered) are subject to the specific
terms stated at purchase or in the voucher/plan confirmation, including validity periods, exclusions
and redemption rules. Unused value may expire as stated; statutory rights are not affected where applicable.
11. Intellectual property
All Content on the Site is owned by Beauty Within or our licensors and is protected by copyright,
trade mark and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print extracts for personal,
non-commercial use only. You must not copy, modify, distribute, republish or commercially exploit
Content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
12. Third-party services and links
The Site may link to or integrate third-party services (for example online booking tools or maps).
Those services are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy notices. We are not
responsible for their content, availability or practices, except to the extent required by law.
13. Liability
13.1 What we do not limit
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence,
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under
English law.
13.2 Website use
Subject to section 13.1, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your inability to access the
Site, reliance on Site Content that you have not verified with us, or free informational materials,
whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, except where we have failed to exercise
reasonable care and skill.
13.3 Services
For paid Services, our liability is limited to remedies required by law and, where applicable, re-performance,
refund or re-booking in line with our Salon policies and consumer law. We are not liable for indirect or
consequential loss (including loss of profit, business or data) except where such exclusion is prohibited.
14. Consumer rights
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under
the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and related legislation. Advice on consumer rights is available from
Citizens Advice and similar organisations.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective date and Version above will change when we do.
Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for
future use. For existing Bookings, the Terms in force at the time of Booking generally apply, unless a
change is required by law or is notified to you.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual
disputes) are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive
jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have to bring proceedings in
your local UK courts.
