Booking, payment, cancellation and care standards for your visit.

1. Treatment disclaimers

Individual results vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, health, and adherence to aftercare. No treatment can guarantee a specific outcome.

Product recommendations are based on consultation. Patch tests are carried out where advised. We are not responsible for adverse reactions where products are not used as directed, or where relevant medical information was not disclosed.

You must provide accurate health and lifestyle information relevant to your treatment. We may adapt, decline or postpone a treatment where, in our professional judgement, it is not suitable or safe.

2. Payment policy

  • New clients: 100% of the treatment cost is payable at booking
  • Existing / regular clients: payment is taken after the treatment
  • Prepayments are non-refundable if cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointment

3. Cancellation & attendance

  • 48 hours or more notice: Cancel or reschedule free of charge, with a full refund of any prepaid treatment amount
  • 24–48 hours notice: 50% of treatment cost charged
  • Less than 24 hours / no-show: 100% of treatment cost charged
  • Late arrival over 15 minutes: Treatment may be shortened or cancelled; full payment still required
  • If Tracey cancels (illness / emergency): Full refund or priority re-booking offered
